Anti-corrosive EP is mainly used In Outdoor Areas Of Exposed Steel.

Anti-corrosive EP has excellent U V resistance, chemical resistance and temperature resistance up to 140 degrees C.

If undisturbed it does not need reapplication for about five years.

Anti corrosive PU is useful over concrete surfaces near Water Like Bridges or In Heavy Rainfall Areas.

Bridges, Flyovers Are Coated With Anti corrosive PU.

Application Procedure

The metal / steel surface should be cleaned mechanically i.e. scrapping using emery papers & Wire brush.

Then the surface should be chemically cleaned using Rust Remover / Rust Converter should be applied .

Application of Anti-corrosive epoxy coating should be applied in 2 to 3 layers depnding on the surface condition.
