  • Anti-corrosive PU is mainly used In Outdoor Areas Of Exposed Steel.

  • If undisturbed it does not need reapplication for about five years.

  • Anti corrosive PU is useful over concrete surfaces near Water Like Bridges or In Heavy Rainfall Areas.

  • Bridges, Flyovers Are Coated With  Anti corrosive PU.

  • Features

  • Anti-corrosive PU Topcoat is used for prevention of corrosion in coastal areas.

  • It is used over Anti-corrosive Epoxy primer for coastal areas.

  • This provides duel system of anti-corrosion in coastal areas.

  • This is proven system for prevention of corrosion.

  • Since P U is having very high weathering resistance, it is used in topcoat.

  • Special ingredients make it anti-corrosive and protect steel surface.

  • Application Procedure

  • The metal / steel surface should be cleaned mechanically i.e. scrapping using emery papers & Wire brush.

  • then the surface should be chemically cleaned using Rust Remover / Rust Converter should be applied .

  • Application of Anti-corrosive epoxy coating should be applied in 2 to 3 layers depnding on the surface condition.

  • Top Coat of Anti-corrosive PU Polyurethane coat should be applied.
